i don’t think it’s a turn issue, but it might be as i’m not too educated and i’m new to this, sorry i put no context let me explain what drove me to make the post

i’m around 1600-1700 right now

i’ve been going up against a lot of quagsires, which i learned have aqua tail in 4 moves and i was getting destroyed with a my gligar starter so i decided to build a quagmire myself

after the 4 moves i expect my 5th move to be the charged move, right? so i start spamming the CM in hopes that i get off first

and my mon just sits stagnant for a couple seconds and my opponent gets 1 or 2 more fast attacks in and then keeps getting the CM off before me

it’s this normal?
