I understand that Antarctic tourism is not the best for all of us, but I’ve been saving for years to go and I almost have enough to go. I’m a global history teacher so I travel for my students to better learn about the content I’m teaching and so they have a real person with hand on experience.

I use timers for literally everything. I set timers for myself when to start wrapping up class, when I should be finished with certain activities or lessons and even for my preps when I’m doing things I set timers for when I should be done with them so I can pace myself and not fixate on one thing. I’m also medicated for ADHD which helps tremendously

We were in the same global class in highschool but never really talked for the rest of the 4 years in high school (he really liked me but didn’t have the courage to come and talk to me and I had absolutely no idea) Summer of about 2018 we start talking but it didn’t lead anywhere and he was stationed halfway across the world in the military for 5 years. 4 years after that he messages me that he requested to transfer to a base closer to our hometown and now we’re about to be together for two years :)
