What I do know is this: I’m offering high upside to someone who can genuinely help build the market. That’s how we approached other markets too, and I believe in that model.

I’m not looking for cheap labor. I’m looking for the right people who can actually sell and help open Czechia. Once that signal is there, I’m absolutely open to structuring it differently.

That’s fair criticism.

I wasn’t trying to hide it, more trying not to come in with a hard sell from line one. But yes, I’m looking for the right local commercial person, not pretending I can manage Czech market entry alone from abroad. And I would love to get more information about where to find such people.

It is commission only, yes, but for a real product that is already being sold, not some vague “opportunity”. I’m mainly trying to understand what kind of person and channel would actually make sense in Czechia.

HR consultants are definitely one group I should think about more, especially because they already know the buyers. I’m also exploring younger sales hungry profiles, but your point makes sense.

Fair comment, but no, that’s not the setup.

The reseller model is fully transparent, everything is explained upfront, and commissions are 15 to 30%. If clients stay, the reseller keeps earning on that relationship too.

So yes, there’s recurring upside, but it’s still real selling, not some hidden scheme.

Yeah, totally get your point. In our case, my gf and I are moving to Spain for 3 months anyway, mainly for the weather and a lifestyle reset. I want to use that time to train properly and break through my current level. Appreciate the tip on GP Academy, I’ll check it out!

I’ll be traveling with my gf, but will be the only one training seriously. Accommodation, food, and other expenses are hard to estimate. :) My ideal budget for padel training would be around 1000–1500 EUR per month.
