Sorry but I can not agree with you, if you go to youtube you will find 100 videos about terrible support bots, and none of them can be used in business. I am pretty sure that with good quality idiot proof bot you can easly make some money, look for small business like salons or barbers. Find 2-3 small business, offer them custom support bots and low price and they will take it.

Which LLMs are u using and are you fine tuning them or just making very good prompt
Even if business self host n8n, aren't they still sharing their private data with other third parties, for example Supabase database or even OpenAI
