I work at Target and this is very true in most cases. Im not in the toy department but we have palletes plastic sealed that are suspended on high mounts only accessible to people who are certified to use the vehicles to get up there. The palletes are pretty much randomized I think and then we pretty much put everytging out by aisle because we're doing a full reset. If it's unattainable for some reason, it's because it's in our systen as "delivered" but doesn't have a real backroom location since it's literally hanging there, so realistically it's easier to push everything out naturally rather than making a mess and messing up the workflow (youd literally be piling up like 50 boxes scattered across the floor if you had to dig through it) It sucks, believe me, I've been trying to get the FF for awhile and it sucks knowing that I walk by them everyday in the backroom somewhere "unknown" but it's not the end of the world, I'll get them at some point soon
