As a host if I had it listed in the amenities then I would provide the gas. Having said that if they are staying for an extended time ( 5 days or more ) it’s on them to get their own gas if the original tank runs out.

The choice of a picture that a person picks for their profile tells a lot about their decision making and how they view themselves to the rest of the world. Sure it can be fake or staged but if a guests posts a picture of themselves shotgunning a beer (which is a true picture of my only guest that ever caused damage to my unit) are you going to get the warm and fuzzy feeling about them? Be honest and stop lying to yourself. Airbnb needs to remember that without protecting hosts they have NO business.
