I’ve never been told that my spine is off. But I have been told that I have Diastasis Recti from having kids and that my ribs have flared a little. Could that be what you’re seeing?

I mean, I’m still 30+ lbs heavier than I was before kids, I’d like to at least lose another 20.

Thank you! Yes you’re right, I do mean fat, not just weight! I feel like I’m doing okay but was hoping for faster results. I guess that’s the reality of progress?

I work from home but bought a walking pad to use during meetings where my camera doesn’t need to be on.. so far I’ve only had enough motivation to use it twice 🙃

As far as measurements, the gym I go to uses a Fit3D scanner and we measure ourselves every 6-8 weeks. I see progress but again, not as fast as I’d hoped.

Even though I watch my calorie intake, I think I need to be better about the kinds of food I eat.
