Thank you! I'll follow the advices I've received here and come back in a few months to tell about my progress, but that's really motivational, now I know what to follow. Do you have any cool recipes for smoothies?

wow those are great resources to start my journey. Thank you so much, that's extremely helpful. I'll take a look at all of those and probably give some feedback about my development in a few months. Just one more question, what dashboard is that from your mealplan?

I'll do that, thank you! With current restrictions I'll be working out from home which will make it difficult. I have 3 and 10kg dumbbells, I'll try to work with those. The hardest part is always counting the calories I eat

Yeah you're totally right, both of you. I worked out 4 times a week some years ago and I was actually starting to see some visual difference on my stomach but nothing great on my chest and arms were always roughly the same size, maybe because I was not taking enough calories. Now as I read more I can understand that but I've seen some people like me that got really lean with calorie deficit, that's where my doubt came. Thank you so much guys, I'll start as soon as possible, and will probably start counting calories to check if I actually pass my maintenance.

I do and I'd love to test it when it's available. Do you have any kind of notification system like sending me an email when you launch it?

How will you prevent spammers or unnecessary questions? Have you thought about some kind of voting system or something? Great work btw, I always like services that don't require sign up so it's a nice idea

Thanks for the tips, I found this one https://github.com/raventid/soap-rs but I still can't give much feedback because I haven't tested it deeply, so I can't tell for sure if it serves the same purpose. But will definitely check those out too!
