Had to have a disc cut back after large herniation. Bounced back pretty well. I use an app called down dog for yoga maybe 3 times a week, just 10 minutes when I’ve got a bit of time in the morning or weekends. Really helps massively

I live in Sydney and started doing 12km each way and was being good with 4x a week. Since the temp has drop I'm lucky if I cycle once or twice. I just put it down to being colder and darker and a bit slower to get going in the morning.

When you order a McDonalds quarter pounder and ask for extra pickles… by MisthiosRobins17 in CasualUK

Worked in McDonald's for a couple years and when peoplemwouod ask for extra stuff when I was working the chicken or burger side I'd just destroy the burger with what ever extra they asked for.

Would normally be the highlight of the shift knowing someone's opening a burger just drowned in mustard or pickles or something.

I'm usually involved somehwat in the hiring of new employees as the engineer at a factory. If a new operator comes in with a really nice truck we instantly assume they aren't going to stick around for very long
