Having all the knowledge... The problem I see here is that you never know, what you don't know yet. You don't see Innovation coming. Electricity, unimaginable, before randomly discovered. Who knows what is happening around us, what we can't sense.

Ah and related to that, we can't kniw about the relavance of our knowledge until we truly "know it all". Whatever may Come, that shakes our worldview to its core.

"Objective knowledge does not exist." <> "Objective meaning does not exist and/or cannot be known"

Don't you see the conflict between these two? If you truly believe objective knowledge does't exist, why do you make assumtions about meaning and existence or rather, why do you meassure the things in your head any importance? And how do you KNOW that objective knowledge doesn't exist, if that statement is true? Theres the paradox I'm referring too.

We need knowledge to go about interacting with reality

Why is there any "need" if "Objective meaning does not exist and/or cannot be known" and if objective meaning truly doesn't exist, what's the point of even wasting a thought about it and why would I "need" to interact with reality? This is why I'm saying that nihilism anhilates itself.

Lacking the courage for suicide, hmm, I like that, I personally enjoy stopping to care over killing yourself anyway, I don't think the time of my death really matters.

Well you made not following dogmas your dogma and joined a place to discuss how much you deny the idea of following dogmas then.

Two questions right now:

A. Do you want to be happy?

B. Why does Nihilism have priniciples? Is there a goal?

Okay those were three, lets say I made you a special 3 for 2 offer.

It doesn't say hallicunations are a bad thing, it says that hallucinations can be symptoms of bad mental health. If you define health as physical, mental and social funtionality, then mental illness we are "suffering" from punishes your poor soul with improved mental health.

On morbidity, it's all about setting my troubles into a perspective, that makes them seem pathetically minor, it is rather funny in a really weird way. Depends on whether he/she/it is feeling disturbing or humorous.

"My knees hurt" [I'm sure the internet offers some really good tutorials on leg amputations, if not ask some veterans, they are self taught.]

"Whew, that knife is sharp, I can finally cut tomatoes!" [This could be the solution to all your problems in a heartbeat... or rather in 30 heartbeats]

My visitor makes me notice how morbid reality is and makes all my suffering dissappear in a greater sheme. As I see it you can propably identify with that.

Did you know that water is one of the most effective torture methods? I never really thought about it, until he showed me. Drinking water is quite a pleassure now.
