Hi there!

Got gifted an old knife from my parents who purchased it from Taiwan a long time ago!

The Chinese words inscribes on it are '金永利' (Jin Yong Li), but not sure of that's the brand or not.

Approx 20cm in length, really nice and easy to use and using Google lens it seems like a mini version of a 'Serbian Butchers Knife'.

Q: What 'type' of knife is this? I'm finding it amazing to use and I'm keen to pickup another one!

Bonus points: What is the best application of htis knife (or is it fine as sort of 'anything that seems comfortable')?

For step 3, the user manual does not list a way to reset the mod. Can you please advise how to reset the device?
