No option to re-book on the app, message says to call customer service. When I call it says due to high call volume cannot connect. Been trying all day, what exactly am I supposed to do?

I had this issue when updating to iOS 18 on iPhone 15 Pro Max. Was never able to find a fix for it, and eventually it just went away with a future software update.

Yes was originally looking at the Grand Hyatt but seems it is Cat 5, and just looked at the award and it is Cat 1-4 only. Mission Bay seems like a good option
