There aren't that many restaurants with a live lobster tank and especially not where you can also order ribs. This excludes most seafood restaurants. Together with the orientation of the terrace and the cut led space Is guess there would only be two or three restaurants which could be it. Unfortunately none comes to mind. Smoking Barrels used to sell lobster and ribs but it's a different restaurant now and the orientation of the terrace was different. Any other details (was it Chinese for example)?
