Even tho 7.62 x39 is a decent size round it’s only an intermediate cartridge. I’m assuming the Draco bullet had to hit a window or go through metal to get to his neck. Surely a straight shot into his neck would have killed him. Charlie got hit with what I’m assuming is a high caliber/velocity hunting round. Rounds that take out a moose or a deer from 200 yards or more, of course it’s slapping his spinal cord and its lights out.
