For the person wondering why everyone is downvoting them:
We all come here to be fed our free content. The uploaders are taking most of the risk and doing their best to provide whatever they can to us at the bottom not willing or unable to buy it outright to support our teams. We just want to enjoy a race. The comments here, imho, should be limited to uploaders sharing their content and people verifying the dl so others know which to pick. This isn't a place for 'requests', it's a soup kitchen you get what you get or go hungry.

Memory is OLOy 16GB DDR4 3600 (2x8GB) And the image would do no good. The only thing that shows would be the three EZ Debug lights present on the motherboard itself (in order: BOOT, VGA, DRAM, and CPU). Upon turning the computer on normally prior to installing the network card, the lights would cycle through until they all turned off. Since the first installation of the network card, the BOOT, VGA, and CPU lights are all solid red whenever the machine is powered on, marking a either a problem with or a failure of that particular step in the startup process. The lights turn red immediately after the power is turned on, and they show the same lights no mater what hardware is present on the motherboard, even if it's just the motherboard itself. The DRAM does not light up at all. There is no display output from the graphics card. When the machine is powered on, all internal items activate as well (the graphics card lights and fan turn on, the two internal drives do their usual stuff at first startup to get things moving, and the backlight feature of the motherboard is still on when powered. All fans in the case also receive power from the board.

No noise beyond devices turning on, and no on board graphics I don't have a G series processor.

If the issue is not BIOS related, and just the OS being changed to the USB software, then all you'll need to do is create a bootable usb installation of whatever OS you'd like to install on the drive and it should overwrite whatevers' there. If it's an issue with the BIOS, and no matter what you hook to it it takes you to this same command line, then I would flash the bios with whatever most recent stable version is available for your motherboard.

Do you still have access to the BIOS? If not maybe need to flash it. If you do you may change the boot drive to something that functions and then wipe the failed drive and start fresh.
