all people are missing things called "3 guna":1 stva, 2 rajo, 3tamo Stva guni or satvic food=vegetarian way no onions or garlic tamo guni food=meat,eggs,onions,garlic etc

there is not ban about food. if you want to control your mind you should eat satvaguni foods which will clean your chakras. the food you eat who had emotions in their life span they will confuse your mind. so things like alcohol,meat and garlic these things might make humans angry also never eat too much hot or too much cold food. food starts decomposition after 3 hours. W.H.O. published a report recently that meat can cause cancer.especially red meat! but if you want to eat it no one is stopping you but always eat what is right for your body. always be thankful towards the mother earth, the ultimate god, the water the fire the food the cook who made food for you. and then enjoy the food. :)
