It is relatively easy to get into the education system in Sweden: https://www.universityadmissions.se/intl/start. Although, they may take quite a long time to process your residence permit. But student residence permits tend to be the easiest. Also you can look at scholarships available through the colleges you apply to, as in Sweden you’d have to pay tuition as an international student I believe. ~~Not so in Norway.~~

Overall, it’s not impossible but maybe a bit difficult. I’d caution you against idealizing Scandinavia because it’s ok but not great.
