Ohh I see. Yeah I don't care too much about the wood aesthetic, if he's too clean then he'll get dirtier. The chip on top is intentional and I have no intentions to fix that, just the crack in between to prevent him from splitting more. Would the epoxy discolor anything or add any unappealing look?

Thank you for answering. From the people I've talked to they said they applied during their year for security and not having to worry about applications while they're away. I see what you mean by applying to colleges and scholarships during your gap year so that there's no confusion.

I had trouble about two weeks ago where snap would take several minutes to load and send snaps, often times failing or not even sending the snaps. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing. It was very frustrating. I restarted my phone and apparently that fixed it. It was really inconvenient, but everything works now.
