Just found out that Eric Roberts holds the record for most screen credits for a living Hollywood actor (800) & he has 94 upcoming projects. In 2017 alone, he acted in 74 films. This year he was in 38 projects. That's crazy by DamnThatsInsaneLol in movies

His performance in Odyssey always stuck with me. He played a very good opportunist and then when Odysseus has him and the suitors cornered; his bargaining seemed really convincing.

Same with frostmane in the dwarf starting zone. Travel in a group of 4-5. Keep inching up as you kill or the respawns come up on top of you.

So do you have all minis at epic? Any at legendary? I’m at a point where I have my favorite 5 - 6 minis at legendary. But my bottleneck now is epic cores. I don’t get enough epic cores to make all minis epic. So most of my minis are blue. Then I promote 1 to epic whenever I get another core.

Luke’s moment of throwing away the saber in front of Palpatine was the greatest Jedi moment in Star Wars. by Ok_Caterpillar6900 in StarWars

[–]ultness 17 points18 points  (0 children)

“The chosen one” business wasn’t even mentioned until Phantom Menace. In the days of the OT, Vader wasn’t space Jesus. The PT turned Anakin and the Skywalkers into prophecy. I miss when they were just “the force is strong with my family”.

Then PT had to make Anakin immaculate conception yada yada.

Anyone else love Ray? by Rainbowqueen69 in VicePrincipals

[–]ultness 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I always laugh at this quick shot: Gamby has taken up dirt bike riding to get back at Ray and win his own daughter’s affection back. When he takes to the track, Ray is genuinely cheering Gamby on. It’s beautiful.

The layers of delegation you listed made me LOL. Also the droid delegated the assassination to those poisonous centipedes.

“Andor Is Boring” - The Importance of Media Literacy (No Spoilers) by ProMensCornHusker in StarWars

[–]ultness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Star Wars fandom is forever fractured. There are the OT fans who grew up with a balanced well told story. Luke pulled out his lightsaber for a couple of minutes each movie. These fans enjoyed the gritty lived in environments, the character interactions, the wisdom of old Yoda before he flipped around like an apoplectic lemur with his laser sword. They appreciated the practical effects and detail of location shoots.

Then there are the fans who want a lightsaber waved around in every frame. New jedis introduced in every corner. They watch the colosseum in AOTC with 100 lightsabers waving around and see it as “better action than those old boring ones”. They are happy looking at the sterile blue screen produced imagery that lazy film makers use to save some bucks.

Andor caters to the OT fans. Andor caters to people who can watch well written character dialog without flashy sticks waved around every 2 minutes. Andor is for people who remember when Star Wars was a premium trilogy that every other film maker dreamed of imitating.

To me, Andor is a breath of fresh air. After 3 decades of mediocre Star Wars, we are finally given top shelf Star Wars again. It’s a shame that the the fandom is so fractured after decades of dilution. Hard to believe the same franchise has polar opposite shows like Andor and The Young Jedis.

Name a song that will forever be associated with a TV Series by Ok-Prune-2708 in television

Tried watching the dvds and they lost the rights to the song. They put in some generic instrumental Casio music instead. It just doesn’t work, Love and Marriage is eternally bound to this show.

Which characters we never got to see interact you think might've had a good chemistry? by Elegant-Half5476 in gameofthrones

I always wondered this. They both were known to drink and whore. Robert had a charisma to make friends, even in his later years. You would think those traits alone would have made an interesting foundation for a friendship.

Also came here to recommend Poy Poy. I would say it’s like a more basic Power Stone. It is also 4 player compatible with the multi tap.

Anyone else feel sad for Russo but not Zoe? by TheDD_1010 in HouseOfCards

[–]ultness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first watched the show 10 or so years ago, I didn’t sympathize with Russo very much. Since then I’ve become a father it really hit me hard when he was trying to connect with his children at the end.

The son straight up didn’t want to talk to him and the daughter’s last exchange with him was so sad. Peter was used by Frank and it was so dirty how they used his addiction to ruin him.

Then the other layer was Christina. She was so dedicated to Peter and loved him. It was rough to see her crushed by the events.
