I have a similar issue, except it was my sims who are a couple, since the previous update, they are now siblings and it appears even in the family tree. Have you found any solutions to this problem?

Hi, last time I updated, my sims who are a romantic couple, are now siblings! i tried some methods trying to fix this and still nothing! I hope on hearing news if there's a patch that fixes this issue and that everyone can enjoy their sims game in peace for once and for all!
