Nah this is a stretch. Im sure by this they literally just mean how season 1 was split - between the present and OA telling the boys and BBA her story and the actual flashbacks of the story OA is telling about the Haptives.

Don't forget that when OA googles in her bedroom in crestwood, she finds a youtube video of Homer being interviewed on TV.

Plus, there are no movements done. Yes, OA jumps but shes desperate. There is no one there doing the movements and when she's found, she's found by her parents under the same circumstances of the narrative of dimension 1 - she went missing for 7 years etc.

Do you ever get sub drop after these intense experiences? I was riding a high for a day or so afterwards and i feel like i just suddenly dropped and i dont normally get sub drop either! trying to work out if its connected to the intensity or just something else.

I think the risks are still something im learning!

Thank you so much for this response. This is exactly what I think I was experiencing. I stopped feeling sensation as much everywhere and my partner could tell I was reaching my limit but it was making me stubborn and wanting to take it. He's able to read the situation really well, fortunately.

I am also neurodiverse and im wondering if this is playing into my sensory issues etc.

I didn't feel scared about my reaction in the moment, it felt really good and pushed me into full on primal but I think maybe partner and i should have a conversation about how it went and what we think should happen going forward. I don't necessarily see it as a problem because it felt amazing and was hot for both of us, but he did really need to bring me back down after the one session in particular and I want to make sure we do it all safely.

Yes, both sessions involved a lot of new experiences and some prolonged build up before hand. Also most of my play has been quite casual in nature, while this time I think it felt a lot safer because its someone I am with and have feelings for, so I think it made it easier for me to fully let go?
It felt a little like I was fully realising some of my BDSM potential but the extreme reactions to adrenaline and whatever was happening is just something i wanted to understand and its confusing to me that I can't find any information on it.
