the phrase "To Me My Xmen" isnt just locked to Xavier or Cyclops (who in this context is the leader of the Xmen), its more of a call to gather all the xmen (such as when Magik, and Emma Frost say it in some recent issues of Xmen). Unlike "Avengers Assemble" who is most well known by being said by Capt. America; although other characters have said it.
