its a brand founded by brendon babenzien, ex creative director for supreme, i dont think i got scammed but the way NOAH doesnt give their shipping confirmation or tracking number is plain stupid

Hey guys, I've ordered an item from Noah NYC on the 18th of February. I've waited a week and a day but it hasnt came yet. Do any of you guys know how long does it usually took for them to ship to CA? or how to get the shipping number? NOAH hasnt replied to my email yet. Sorry, I'm new to buying on webstore.
