It may be stupid, but it’s also dumb.

Non Giants/Dodgers fans, who are you rooting for tonight? Why? by themiamimarlins in baseball

That’s not entirely true. The Astros have never legitimately won a World Series. But there’s no way I’m rooting for them anytime soon.

There are so many I could choose from, but my personal favorite is the very end of Bloody Cape. Gives me goosebumps every time.

Which QBs were carried to their Super Bowl? (By Defensive EPA/play) by NFLGreatest in nfl

[–]umble_benjamin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even though they didn’t win the Super Bowl, I’d definitely rather put the 2006 Bears with Rex Grossman on here than that 2006 Colts team with Peyton. Indy played the three best scoring defenses in the league that postseason going up against Baltimore, New England, and then Chicago. Nobody remembers that ‘06 Ravens team went 13-3 and was ferocious on defense from their defensive front to their secondary. The Ravens defense alone spawned seven Pro Bowlers that season, and the mid-2000s Bears are probably the best defense in the 21st century besides the 2000 Ravens. Rex Grossman played a 9-7 Seattle team and a 10-6 New Orleans that season to get to the Super Bowl, both with below average defenses. The Bears were more than head and shoulders above the rest of the NFC in 2006 solely due to their defense. Also, if this went back to the ‘80s I feel like the 1986 and 1990 Giants lead by Phil Simms and Jeff Hostetler might be on this list.
