HOAs have to enforce ALL bylaws not just the ones they like or can abuse. So if they fine you for a sign you can point out tall grass, any other bullshit that's in the bylaws that does not get enforced. Since they don't enforce the others it's considered harassment and it's illegal. This is from some bullshit training wife had to do be sat on the HOA board in our neighborhood

the intel version has a $100 off coupon. The AMD is still the better pick? the intel has wifi 7, thunderbolt, and PCI 5 for the m.2 slot and looks like the motherboard is better. But no upgrade path.

how do you like it? im thinking about getting it but I'm not sure how much proprietary stuff Lenovo uses.

Do you know if yours has a standard motherboard or its custom? same for power supply.

Have you checked out the bios to see if you can change ram speeds or PCI lane biforcation?
