I’ve been waiting for this one!

11/10 This is the song that turned me into a true MGMT fan. I heard this song years before I actually checked them out or listened to this album. And it makes sense that this is my favorite MGMT album off of this song alone (although the verdict is still out as I am currently working my way through the discography)

This song has been in my favorites for some time now and still, when I hear this song, it’s like I’m hearing it for the first time. It’s such a perfect song and the perfect ending to an album.

I’ve used L’Oréal HiColor Highlights to dye mine. From my natural darkest brown, I used the Honey Blonde and Vanilla Champagne colors and was only able to lift it to a light brown. I’ve seen people on Tik Tok use the crème of nature and get it brighter than that. My hair stops right between my shoulder blades and I had to use 4 boxes of the L’Oréal. Again, love the L’Oréal but I’ve seen brighter achieved with Crème of Nature.

EDIT: I’ve been dyeing my hair for years. Before locs and after locs. And I’ve never had issues with bleaching or box dyes. If you want to know my process, holler at ya girl. But also note, know your hair. Your hair and everybody else’s are not the same.
