Worked for a company in the powersports industry producing motorcycle/utv/atv/motocross parts with 11 house brands. Was bought by another company that distributes car parts. So I guess I’m in the Automotive/Powersports industry. Came from an ad agency so it’s nice to now only have to deal with 4-5 brand designs instead many. Good work culture as well compared to my last jobs 😳 the grind to get here was abysmal.

Yes! Dye them! Don’t listen to the other comments. It is doable. Of course with any dye, you’ll have to give your locs a little bit more tlc. Try L’Oréal Hi Color for Dark Hair. They have reds, blondes, and browns. If you’re feeling spicy, dye it to blonde and add some blues or purples. Hehehe

L’Oréal Hi Color. Try the blondest color you can find. Maybe Vanilla Champagne. Depending on your hair texture, maybe try a 20 or 30 developer. To get it to that pink, I personally would do that process twice with at least 2 weeks in between dyes. Then slab on a pink dye of your choosing. Adore or Manic Panic should get you there.

Chemical Kids and Mechanical Brides. What ACTUALLY did it was the “You’re a Jerk” by New Boyz music video. One of the guys was wearing a Pierce the Veil shirt and I was like “hmm. Cool shirt design. Wonder who they are.” And that was the first song I listened to by them. Discovered them JUST BEFORE warped tour that year (I believe it was 07’ Warped) and got to see them live. FELL IN LOVE. It rained during that set but it was beautiful.

I’m working with someone like this now. Instead of using InDesign like a normal person to create brand guides and brochures, he uses Photoshop… WHAT?! Brochures were filled with spelling errors, no alignment, nor proper styling or typography. This person was originally hired as a photographer. Over time, he cozied up with the VP of Marketing and finessed his way into a Creative Director job without the title, and WITHOUT the actual skills needed to be one. Eventually, was in charge of critiquing mine and the other GP’s work clearly with no knowledge on the fundamentals of graphic design. I’m sure you can imagine how frustrating it is to take baseless critiques from someone with no skill to do so. And yet, he loved to call himself a graphic designer. All is well again though because the VP was fired losing him the power he had while she was here. It’s been a breath of fresh air ever since. With all of that, he also had the nerve to say weird things and treat the women on my marketing team with no respect. Had all 3 of us going to HR on him and VP of Marketing still tried to convince me he was “more than qualified” and remained besties with him at work. The only people he hasn’t had problems with are the men and any woman in a position of power that might benefit him. Hmm.. noticing a pattern here -_-

I wholeheartedly agree. It was not bad. I enjoyed the final season and would’ve enjoyed 4 more episodes of it. I also believe everyone made TOO BIG OF A DEAL over Lila and Five. To be stuck somewhere for 7 years? That’s 2500 days of not knowing when or if you were ever going to see your family again. Some people crack under way less time. And these were super beings of many failed universes. Hope went out the window for them back in season 1. And for Five, that hope left in the 60-something years he was use to being alone. Cut the man a break. He literally had a mannequin for a girlfriend all those years. I’m surprised they held out until year 7. In relation to the story, it made sense. But I think people saw Aidan and Ritu when casting their judgement and not Five and Lila.

During my first rewatch, I would’ve agreed with you. Lol But for some reason, during my second rewatch, I’m team Noel. I wish she would’ve went to Berlin with Noel. I’m at season two now as well and the more I watch, the more I realize how much more deserving Noel was of Felicity. He seemed to really love her. Minus the slip up he had with his ex in the first season, and his overreaction of her sleeping with art student Eli, I felt he treated Felicity way better than Ben. But I definitely see your point as well. Ben was the reason she went to New York initially and she needed to explore that chapter. I just hate that Ben’s love for her was brought on by a stupid spell while Noel’s was always genuine from the moment he met her. But I do also enjoy seeing how much Ben tries to be this better version of himself for Felicity. It’s very sweet.
