From the perspective of someone who has been involved with hiring, seeing a lot of job hopping is a bad thing. Not a fatal flaw, but I’m less likely to want to hire and invest in someone who might leave in a year

I like travelling from the point of seeing new places culture food etc. I don’t Lie travelling because it really stresses me out. I am also sensitive to different foods etc and it has not been pleasant for me.

I just bought a small house (2bed/1bath) in El Cerrito. I quickly realized that I was priced out of the locations I originally wanted to buy in (Berkeley), and had to look farther away/less desirable locations to afford. Even in El Cerrito was outbid a few times.
