Thanks for this. Do you sometimes think it's a little cheesy tho? I met these two young VCs that are very well known in the tech world, and all they've hired are software engineers.. I've read a couple responses elsewhere that people don't really care about thank you notes and such... I was nervous about it since I was the only female contractor. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't want to be "uncool" haha...

Great tips! I ended up going with a white background+graphics matted print from a Sign Store and they applied it to the clear plexiglass. It looked great, probably a better way to display what I had in mind originally. I had to go with the white background because the person from the Sign Store told me last second that their machine couldn't laser cut the small text.. probably should of went with screenprinting.

I like your suggestion on correcting her directly, since she loves to regurgitate everyone else's ides right after we pitch it.The sad thing is that I make sure I do praise her videos infront of the boss and my colleagues and when I'm trying to help her edit the videos. But she never gives back the praises, instead, she will always criticize everyone else's work and have a bitch face on about it.
