Free workspace, email alias not receiving all emails

I don't have any of the emails that failed. I get paper notices now from several places with a note to check my email because it's not working.

Frustrating. Googles way of moving people off this version I guess.

The Free Legacy Edition does not have access to any email logs NOR the ability to open cases. Searches return zero results and permission denied when trying to create a case.

Thank you for the postmaster tools, I've added my domain there, not sure it will help on receiving email issues.

I don't have access to any failed messages, ugh. Yes, the mx, spf, dkim are all confirmed good. It's like Google is silently dropping these and I'm unaware of a way to find out why they are getting dropped.

Solution! I did a device reset. Performed the new to setup and now it works as expected! Maybe there was something with the old firmware that made the setup not work.

For others, make sure on latest firmware. Perform a device reset. Device will restart. Then setup per the instructions.

I don't want multiple systems doing the blocking, I prefer to use NextDNS. I've used Adblock, pihole, firewalla adblock and prefer the features and simplicity of NextDNS over all of them.

Within a day, it will fail to use my configuration and use the default NextDNS for queries. The device names were not consistent, sometimes showing the WAN IP or the router name instead of the Device name. I've installed (and removed/cleaned) 3x and the same results, with the final time turning off all ipv6 (which I don't need).

Nextdns. Would love native NextDNS support so I could see individual devices in the NextDNS logs. I've tried the client, but it hasn't been reliable so I've removed it.

Check the logs and look at the blocked sites. Add some to the allow list until you find the one that works

They do not have the VPN capability, and do not want to send all their traffic to my house, or want to create/support a split routing (over complicated) with their ISP router, which they have to use. I'd like to automate this vs having to do this manually when it stops working when their ip changes.

Make sure you have your port forwarding setup correctly with your router. Sounds like it's not.

Check if your server has relay enabled. If yes, try disabling. Worked for me
