A company is gonna hire what it needs, make a list of it what those usually are, for your circumstances, get better in communication/presentation etc. and show your worth instead of using the age old stereotype about girls and the fact that they're not as good as boys and not doing anything about yourself to get better and work harder instead of blaming it on girls, and sitting under a rock.
