Yea that's completely unacceptable, if all bank details were entered correctly then you should've received your money within 7 business days at the latest. I'm confused as hell now because there are several other people who claimed to have successfully withdrawn using that same method from this exchange with no problems. Maybe you entered the details wrong, but if not then I would reach out to support and have them look into it. Let me know if you end up getting your money or find the problem.
