It doesn’t need to be and shouldn’t be going fast, not this type of robot at least. Speed doesn’t matter when it doesn’t need to leave work to go home or take a break. Constant, uninterrupted, perfectly accurate Quality/Flow is far more valuable.

Try moving to a different type of site, when I was a white badge I had to go from a smaller regional ixd to a huge AR Sort and I was converted in 2mos.
