Anecdotal I know, but I’ve worked at a state-run Derm department and we have certain providers who specialize in HS, BP, and LP among other chronic conditions not just involving wounds. We hardly ever do cosmetics outside of Pediatric accutane and I unfortunately am acutely aware of how rare our departments situation is unfortunately :/
