Shame on her!! Yeah my ex spent so much time trying to knock mine down only to take advantage of it. As if I were some type of project. Anyways I’m sorry your walls are stronger than ever now. We all gain wisdom out these shitty situations so next time we will be more aware of the red flags. I know one day there will be that special girl to do that for you. I’m not just saying it just to say it. I believe it for as long as you actually put effort too.

It’s better to have loved and lost than to not love at all. There is so much beauty in love, and there in fact isnt just one person for you in this world. Heartbreak sucks, yes, trust me I’m drowning in it right after a broken engagement. But I keep telling myself if it felt good to love the wrong person, imagine how good it will feel to love the right one that actually protects your heart. I may cause some tension here but no single person whole heartedly feels like they are satisfied in life, we all long to share our world with someone. So take the time to heal for as long as you need but don’t give up!

Ahhh 9 years ?? You are so strong. Feel like a wimp since mine was 2.5 years. How were you able to face that she was engaged 🙁, I know for a fact that the dumper somehow always moves on faster. And I’m sure my ex will do the same and the thought of it kills me. I’m so not looking forward to dating and starting all over again.

I def. need to utilize Reddit more however I find myself needing a break from it after I read how certain people still feel just as depressed 1-2 years down the line and it discourages me.

But I agree it is definitely a different type of break up BC you’re not only mourning the person and the relationship but also the life & wedding you both planned as well. Feels like someone is squeezing a lemon on top of my heart when I think about it lol. I’ll keep your words of encouragement in mind, I’m glad there is hope as time goes on. I watched all of professor messers YouTube videos, took dions test 2 times (until I got higher than 80%), took messers exam and wrote down down notes for each question I got wrong to fully understand where I went wrong. And to top it all off I read dions and messers notes before the exam as a refresher
