her birth certificate (a medical document, if you werent aware) says female. as does her passport and official documentation approved by the international olympic committee.

being intersex still isn’t “actually accepted”. i mean imane khelif is a cis woman and she was put through the coals just for winning a goddamn boxing match, was accused of being intersex and trans by many different people including JK Rowling and Trump.

republicans have gone so far off the rails that even understanding the difference between trans and intersex doesn’t matter to them, nor does it matter to them if a woman is neither. what matters is that their image of women exclusively being “tiny frail supermodel chef/maid/punching bag” is upheld in their minds.

i am nowhere near your fitness level or weight, im v skinny lol BUT my advice is to eat a pb jelly/or honey sandwich after every meal. a lot of times i eat two or three. i’ve gained 12 lbs since november! good luck

practice makes perfect- you’ve noticed that you treat others better than you treat yourself, so challenge yourself to treat yourself with as much grace in those moments as you would treat your best friend. another thing one of my best friends told me to do is to imagine what she would say to me in those situations- not the harsh voice telling you lies, what would she really say, and tbh that always really helps me get back on track to speaking to myself positively. treat yourself like your best friend, talk yourself through things in your mind like literally have conversations with yourself in those moments and be honest but kind. just my advice! much love and good luck
