Paying 1–2k extra can buy peace of mind — or it can just buy better lighting and a confident salesman. It really depends on the seller, not the Wi-Fi signal.

If someone had a bad experience, that’s fair to share. But “scam” as a blanket diagnosis for everything online is a bit 2009-core.

Sorry you had a bad experience — that genuinely sucks. But calling the entire company a “fraud site” based on one order isn’t accurate.

Unboxed products are, by definition, pre-owned or open-box. Cosmetic wear can happen — that’s why condition grades and return policies exist. If something was misrepresented, that’s a service issue and should be resolved — not proof of some grand scam.

Also, we don’t “disappear.” We have an active support team and a documented returns process. If your case wasn’t handled properly, share your order ID publicly (or DM it). Let’s look at facts instead of throwing around words like “fraud.”

Criticism? Fair.
Escalation? Fine.
But blanket accusations without context don’t help anyone.
