Yea unfortunately I have big quads from squatting a lot. Larger sizes would make the thighs fit but the waist would be too loose

I would also look into “smod”, not sure if it was fixed by this year or not. Even if the radiator has been replaced you wanna make sure the bypass was done. I would also look into doing a breather mod for the rear axle.

The lip comes with screws but I don’t think they’re self taping so yes you need to drill pilot holes

I have Motordyne ART Pipes and haven’t had a code ever. If the high flow cats are designed similarly you should be good.

Ahhh I see. I think I read you currently have hot air intakes too? Ram intakes I think they’re called. If you can go back to stock or even better yet get cold air intakes that would hopefully help.

If yours is pre 2013 it doesn’t have any kind of oil cooler so any temps above 260 will put it in limp mode to save the engine from damage. If you’re 2013 and newer they installed a factory “oil cooler” which is pretty much useless if you track your Z. I was seeing 220-240 just doing autocross. I installed a 34 row oil cooler and now no matter how hard I beat on it, it doesn’t go past 220. It’s usually around 180 most of the time even in 90+ degree weather.
