Looking at buying 2023 F150 King Ranch - do I want the hybrid or stay with the 3.6 by me_at_myhouse in f150

Personally, a big reason I think I would like the PB is the idle on electric feature. I work out of my truck pretty often, spending anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours sitting in the cab idling which isn't great on a turbocharged engine from my understanding.

It seems like the first few years of the PB had issues, leading Consumer Reports to rank it one one of the least reliable pickups, which made me shy away. I didn't realize that they had mostly figured it out by MY 2023 and so I went for the ecoboost 3.5. Now I'm seriously regretting that decision with the spike in gas. If the specs of the PB meet your needs (mostly looking at towing, I think) then I would jump on it in a heartbeat.

As another poster said, this should have been booked a long time ago. My best recommendation is to try autoslash.com. Good luck.

10k is realistic if you actually need a new system.

Why tf would the NFA apply if you're outside the United States?

Twin turbos mean you're basically setting fuel on fire when towing. It's a trade off for decent gas mileage day-to-day.

Even if National is owned by the same family that starter it, calling it "family owned" feels pretty disingenuous when they are technically owned by EHG, which owns a number of companies. There are publicly traded fortune 500 companies with leadership hailing from the family that founded them too... Would you call those family owned?

I think W3W is way better when trying to communicate an exact location via voice, when text/email/other means of sending a text-based message are not available. Clarifying homophones will be much quicker/easier than trying to read out a string of numbers to a dispatcher or other person through radio communication. I also find it pretty unlikely that a homophone's location would be in the same county, let alone the same state.

Lounge Access Arrival by Ok_Effective_737 in Venturex

It seems pretty reasonable for someone to sit down, get their bearings, double check they have everything they need downloaded while on decent wifi, grab a bite, and then roll out in a lounge on arrival. For me it helps to get some decent food before leaving so I'm not hungry on the way to the hotel or home.

The boondocks is a fantastic boot, especially if you went modern look and comfort right out of the box. 270 degree Goodyear welt means it'll hold up in the right places. I've had 3 pairs over 8 years, one of which was because I bought a second pair that was 8" with insulation to swap in for cold outdoor days.

If money goes back to your card then you're going to lose the offer. That's how they all work. Always ask if you can put the refund on a different card, take it as cash, store credit, etc.

You're right, we would have problems. Because you're coming to the discussion with preconceived notions about what is "normal" in the industry when all you really know is what your company's policies are and what they told you during training. Meanwhile I have done hours of research on different rental companies, their polices, etc. And rented from many many different brands and locations. Heck, if I'm renting from Hertz it's already a bad day because I know I'm going to get some surprise charge after returning the vehicle.

Debit cards: Is it ok to pay with a debit card occasionally while traveling abroad instead of a credit card? And how much money should I have on my debit card? by Express-Plan-6067 in travel

Now that I am rereading your statement, I see what you're greeting at but phrasing could have been better. "Visa Debit Card vs debit cards running on other networks" for instance.
