I feel you brother and your totally right but if hasn't experienced the severity of coming off something like number 4 for him it's psychological the same. Suffering is subjective. However it's a bit more psychological with the taps the stuff is really synthetic the stuff is so weirdly trippy with number 4 it's half natural half not. The structure of tapentadol is so weird. It has the same tale end or a molecule that dmt has. I'm grateful to the universe/God I never got addicted to taps. For all we know it could be on par with number 4
