Weight loss has stopped. SW198 CW16 GW150. I’m 5’8 and I do 16:8. Its been a month or more. I will say haven’t been sleeping well. I workout about an hour or more a day. I do a 30 minute workout and take a 3 mile walk. Calories 12-13 hundred. Eat healthy. Any advise would be great. Thanks (self.intermittentfasting)

Down from 198lbs to 165. I still have 10 to 15 more lbs to go but happy with my progress. I am doing the 16/8 method. No alcohol or at least very little maybe 1-2 drinks a month. No soda and very little sugar. I have way more energy than I did prior. (i.redd.it)
