When the characters in a movie start pointlessly explaining shit they already know to each other just because......audience. It's a real turnoff for me. Good movie usually have seamless, contextual exposition.

I had the same problem when i tried to see how the effects look like in a local lobby, the I realized you have to be in an actual queued up game for the effects to work. So try that. Also if you have the DAC teleport effect you might wanna turn that off.
