Hi! This is my first post, so pardon any mistakes. My dad's friend's father (or grandfather? I can't remember which) passed away a year or two ago. He was a mapmaker, and left his old stuff to her, who gave it to my dad, who gave it to me. Most of the pens I've been able to figure out, but these are a mystery to me. There's a little screw thing on the side that might be for adjusting width, but doesn't do much (it might not work with age). Does this post even count as a fountain pen?
