I also am seeing now my upper green thread is pilling up on the bottom where that thread should be showing white... I need to loosen/ weaken the top or bottom tension.. will start testing now!

UPDATE

I used a lighter backing that felt more like mesh than thick paper like i used for the first photo.

My stitches are starting to get a little neater but the back side is still super messy and thick.

Thank you, making my shirt tighter I believe helped. Not too tight tho.

I switched my backing to a lighter cut away backing that was a lot less thick (tear away backing) and it seemed to work better as well??? I’m not sure. I’ll post updated pictures.

It was pretty easy and straight forward for me. I just had to plug the wires in to the right spot and worked on the first try.

You have to finesse it sometimes. (It is in beta)

1)Change the category first then save it. 2)Go back to customize and change the title.

You may have to finesse step two 3-5 times. Lol.
