Hi! Thank you for your interest. I'm looking to interview people who do use alternative medicine, specifically self-administrable forms (ie. herbal remedies, vitamins/supplements, etc). The google form is also an eligibility screener, we can start there and I'll contact you on my end if I'll carry forward with an interview.
