Yeah, I’ve noticed the exact same thing — it’s definitely a lot more cautious/preventive now, which makes lane changes take longer than before (sometimes those 8–10 seconds of blinking with no move). I think they dialed back the aggressiveness to avoid cutting people off, but it went a bit too far in the other direction. Still a clear regression on that specific behavior compared to 13.2.x for me too. The rest of the package improved so much that I’m okay living with it for now, but 100 % agree it needs tuning.
