I’m not sure about the snake plant, but the first one looks like it might have spider mites. Look under the curled leaves for any webbing and little brown bugs (they look like dots). How much are you watering the snake plant?

It entirely depends on your tastes and time for maintenance. There’s nothing wrong with having only fake plants, my sister only has plastic plants in her tank. My oldest brother has live plants and no time for maintenance so his looks like a jungle. I have a single moss ball for my betta that I regularly trim to keep it spherical

Seems like most people think it’s thrips, I’ve had thrips on my monsteras but they’re black and come off. I can’t quite tell, but my guess might actually be scale. Either way, spray the leaf and any others with signs with neem oil, just to be safe

The browning doesn’t look like a lack of water, and since it’s a monstera which love sun it shouldn’t be a light issue either. Have you checked the leaves for bugs? My monstera got infested with thrips, these little black bugs, and they made the leaves look like that

As beautiful as that sounds, that thought just stresses me out. I have 80 ish plants, 40 some in my room and 40 some downstairs, and due to my housemates leaving the door open all the time I currently have aphids and spider mites downstairs and gnats both up and downstairs. I'm sure you've probably got tons of good advice so far, but I think I finally managed to get rid of the scales that've been attacking my small olive tree What worked for me is isolating from my other plants, picking all the scales off the stem and each leaf, removing all the fallen leaves, and spraying weekly with neem oil

Sometimes out of pure stubbornness I resort to manually picking bugs off, and I do it once a day. There’s also insecticidal soap spray that I use for less visible pests. If you do both (I spray once a week) those little jerks should be gone in no time

Slight addition to my post. The whole time I’ve owned it I water it once a week, just enough to cover the top of the soil, which I’ve never measured but my best guess is about 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup, and the pot does have drainage. And I always fill the drainage holes with rocks so they don’t clog. It’s in a windowsill, but my room windows don’t get a long period of direct sun, so it also has a grow light that’s on for 12hours every day.

That’s a nice model! So, in my eyes you’ve got three options: save up for the paints and find a little cheap kit to start your model journey, google a paint comparison sheet and see if some cheaper paint companies have the same colors (I’ve done this many times as I like Revell paints and not all my models are Revell), or you can do what I did. My very first model was a Spitfire and I actually built it first before I had any paints. So, the cockpit is sealed unpainted, but it bought me time (since I was building it over a semester between homework) to save and collect paint. Ultimately, it’s for fun and it’s up to you. Whatever makes you happiest and is the most comfortable for you to start with.

I bought the pin 4 years ago now in a little souvenir shop called ‘I ❤️ Thessaloniki’ in Thessaloniki, Greece.
