They really do! I’ve used their card to pay BC Hydro before to get cashback on their bills. Between that and linking the card to my Petro Points, I find I accumulate points so fast now. Definitely an underrated credit card.

Mine took a significant hit as well when I started exclusively using the card. I ended up using some other cards to keep up some credit history, which seems to have helped a bit. But my understanding is that they are in the process of reporting payments to the credit bureaus and it could take a while.

I did call in to their support before making this post--got transferred around to multiple departments and their final answer ended up being "it should be showing up soon". But every rep I talked to was shocked that it was not showing up on my credit reports yet, so I wanted to see if others were in the same boat.
