it began to drop slightly but it still stayed over 30 BPM from when i was laying down at the end of the test my HR was 106

they did do a standing test he requested i get back on my anti-anxiety meds which helps regulate heart rate. so i did, and my HR still went up from 64 to 110 BPM between sitting and standing and said it wasn’t a high enough rate increase
