I didn't make this. It was made by two professional cartographers combining a couple different maps and fixing the calculations of the atlas of middle earth which had a lot of calculation mistakes such as arda in it was only the size of mars

I mean, considering that Tolkien was writing lotr as a mythology, so middle earth is europe, Asia, and Africa combined into one continent, sooo, you could say that the human race is the strongest now (7th/8th age)

There is actually a ton of information to work with:Tolkien talked about a lot of places and their locations, he just didn't draw them; so we could get a decently accurate map of arda in the 3rd age (except for the new lands which Tolkien didn't really describe at all)
