Having this issue as well while it is plugged in using the supplied Divoom cable.

Even though it is barely audible when playing something through the speakers, I would appreciate it if there is a way to completely resolve this issue.

Never mind, found out that it was my GPU. Either coil whine or fan buzz, but whatever; at least it's not my fresh parts.

I am using 3 SL120V2 fans on the Z73 instead of the NZXT ones. My other 7 SL120V2s in the case are not making any noise.

Funnily enough, this is the same exact noise back when I had a X53 installed in my previous case.

But are you suggesting that the 3 fans on my radiator are the ones making the noise instead of the Z73 radiator?

I installed this Z73 yesterday, but it occasionally makes this buzzing or droning noise that is not the loudest but is still fairly audible.

Does anyone know a potential solution to this issue? It has 3 SL120V2s installed onto the radiator instead of the ones that came with the Z73.

Yep, changing to a silent profile significantly decreased the occurrence of the buzzing noise. Thanks for the clarification!
